Depending on the type of Diversion you want to activate, you can leave three different personal greetings to the caller. The diversion state can be on no reply, on busy or an activated Individual Diversion.

Dial and press
During the procedure you will be asked for your extension number and your password.
It is possible to program a number or function on the R/Message key, if this is done, the default function to enter your message system directly does not work any more. If you want to use the Message Waiting function (default) again, the number to enter the message system has to be re-entered. See section Programming a number or function on the R/Message key.

When you activate the diversion, the recorded greeting is played to the next caller.
