You can use the 
option to enter names and numbers in the Phone Book. When you have accessed the Phone Book:

is displayed. In the latter case, you have to delete a Phone Book entry first before you can add a new one.

Enter a name

Press to confirm

Enter the telephone number
 |
Press if you have to wait for a second dial tone

Press to confirm
The name and number are stored in the Phone Book.
